Shipping Policies
You will receive a shipping notice when your order is shipped.
Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. We ship orders Monday through Friday.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 week. Occasionally, materials shortages beyond our control may delay processing and shipping.
During busy times your order may be delayed.
Each order is identified by an order number and is shipped as a single order. Separate orders to the same customer get separate order numbers and thus are shipped separately.
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. Shipments returned to us due to a mailing address problem will not be reshipped without a payment to cover the replacement shipping cost.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Refund Policies
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, credits, reshipments, or exchanges.
You are responsible for ensuring your order is completed correctly and error-free before submitting the order.
We are not responsible for incorrect email, incorrect shipping address, misspellings, errors in quantity, or errors in personalization.
We do not cancel orders.
We do not correct or edit orders once placed.

What if my order is missing pieces?
Please send us a photo of all of the parts you received, along with your name and order number, to info@janetscraftcorner.com. We will ship to you any missing pieces.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, reshipments, or credits. All sales are final. Please see your Refund Policies <<link>> for more information.
How do I ask questions about a product or order?

Do you ship to addresses outside the USA?
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
